Our office is in Maujpur, over in North East Delhi. The address is Kh No-692/499/150 in Ram Chander Gali. We are on the upper ground floor, specifically flat 201/27. It’s a very busy neighborhood and the street is always full of life. Our space is not very large, but it’s enough for us to manage the development projects we are working on. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking over building plans on the computer. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local market nearby. We’ve been working out of this part of Delhi for several years now. It’s a very hands-on job and we don't have any fancy corporate offices. Usually, there are just two or three of us here at any given time. We have stacks of blueprints in the corner and folders full of permissions and permits. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything, but we do our best. We don't really go for big advertising. Most of our work comes from local people who know us and our families. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors or the delivery guys who come by. It’s a very friendly atmosphere, even when things are stressful. We just take it one project at a time and try to get the work finished. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we feel most comfortable.
