We get people coming in from both sides looking for advice on different things. The office is a bit small, but we make it work with what we have. Most days are spent on the computer or talking on the phone with various people. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We started this because we knew there was a need for someone to help with consultancy work in this specific part of town. It’s a lot of reading through documents and explaining things to people who walk through our door. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a lot of jargon, so we just talk normally to anyone who visits. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but for now, they hold our calendars and notes just fine.
