PENNY HOMEZ CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of a Janta Flat in North East Delhi. Our specific address is 740, GTB Enclave, Dilshad Garden. It is a busy residential area, and being in a Janta Flat means the space is quite compact. We have turned the main room into our office where we handle all the construction planning. It is a bit tight when we have more than four people inside, but we manage. Dilshad Garden is a nice place to be, and we are close to the GTB hospital area. The flat is pretty basic with plain white walls and some simple tile flooring. We have a few computers and a printer that jams every now and then. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors or out at the sites making sure everything is moving along. It is not a flashy office because we spend most of our budget on the actual construction work rather than fancy furniture. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. We are just local people trying to build decent homes and structures. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. We just look at the site, figure out what is needed, and then we go out and do the physical labor required to finish it.
