Parmanand & Sons

Parmanand & Sons is a small family-run business located at H.No.C- 315, Gali No. 10, in Ganga Vihar. It’s a residential part of Delhi, so our office is actually part of a house. You have to walk down the lane to find us, and Gali No. 10 can be quite tight if a car is trying to pass through. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone in the street knows who we are. The work we do is pretty traditional and we don’t rely on a lot of high-tech gadgets. We have a big wooden desk where we keep our ledgers and a few chairs for when visitors stop by for a chat. It often smells like home cooking because the kitchen isn't far away. We handle things as they come and don’t follow a very strict schedule. If the weather is nice, we might sit near the door to get some fresh air. It’s a very local way of doing business, where your word means a lot and you know your customers by their first names. We don’t have any fancy signs out front, just the house number and our name. It’s just how we’ve always done it, and it feels right to keep it simple and honest without trying to act like a big corporation.
