We are tucked away in Kamal Pur, specifically at Block-A Gali No 17 in Kamal Vihar. It’s a local neighborhood, not one of those shiny business districts you see on TV. Myg Developers Private Limited is what we call the business. We started here because we know the area well and like the community. It’s a lot of narrow lanes and people who have lived here for decades. Our work is mainly about developing small spots and making sure things are built solid. We don’t have a fancy reception or a coffee machine that does everything. We usually just have tea and talk about the next project. There is a lot of paperwork in this business, more than you’d think. We spend a good chunk of our time just making sure everything is legal and sorted out with the local authorities. It can be a bit of a drag, but it's part of the life. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we are building something, we tell you exactly how long it’ll take. People around Kamal Vihar know us by now. We’re just regular folks who happen to know how to put a building together properly. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or the supplies don't show up on time, but we always find a way to finish. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and we keep going every day.
