The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first few days. We are a small team and we do everything ourselves. There is no corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in. The space is filled with desks, files, and equipment. It can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of work going on, but we manage. Getting deliveries to our door is always a bit of a challenge because of the narrow lanes, so we often have to meet the drivers at the main crossing. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they just find us at our desks. It’s a practical, local operation in a very busy part of the city. We have been here for years and we like the grit.
