M.A.R. Buildtech India Private Limited is situated on the first floor of building B-511. We are right on the main road in Subhash Mohalla, North Ghonda. A good way to find us is to look for the Multi Gym nearby, which is a popular spot in the neighborhood. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all our building technology and construction business. The main road is always buzzing with activity, so there is a lot of noise from the traffic and the local shops. Inside, we have a few rooms dedicated to our staff and the technical drawings we work on. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you are up on the first floor, it is a decent place to work. We do not have any expensive furniture or polished glass walls. It is just a regular office where we do our bookkeeping and project planning. Most of our workers are out at the construction sites during the day, so it can be quite quiet in the afternoons. We handle the coordination with various vendors and make sure the materials are arriving where they should. North Ghonda is a busy local area, and we like being part of the community here.
