LUCKY AND RASTOGI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in North Ghonda, specifically at E 31 on the second floor in Subhash Vihar. We are situated near Gali Number 9 and 10, right by Kh No 540. North East Delhi has a very distinct feel to it, and our office is right in the heart of a busy residential area. We work as developers, which involves a lot of land management and building planning. Our office isn't anything corporate or fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of folders. It feels very local, and we often see the same people passing by every day. We don't use any of that polished marketing talk because it just isn't our style. We prefer to just talk about the work we are doing and how the latest project is coming along. Most of our days are spent dealing with the paperwork for various plots of land or checking on local development rules. It can get a bit loud outside with all the life in the galis, but it’s just part of being in Subhash Vihar. We aren't into big speeches about our goals. We just take on the development work and try to do it right. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps our team busy. We've been in this spot for a while now and we are just happy to keep doing what we do.
