Kamdhenu Cement Limited

Kamdhenu Cement Limited is located over at L 33 3 in Jai Prakash Nagar. This part of Ghonda in Delhi is pretty crowded, with narrow streets and lots of traffic moving through at all hours. Our space is mostly filled with bags of cement and the dust that inevitably comes with them. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and we usually end the day covered in a fine grey powder. The area around Jai Prakash Nagar is very local, with lots of small vendors and houses all bunched together. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It’s just a practical spot for storing and moving cement. The L 33 3 building is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely, as everything in this part of Ghonda looks a bit similar. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading, so it’s a lot of physical work throughout the day. Delhi heat can be brutal, and standing around the cement doesn't help much, but we just keep going. We have a small area where we keep the books and take phone calls, but the main part of the place is all about the inventory. It’s a noisy, busy, and dusty environment, but that’s the nature of the cement business in a place like this. We just do our work and don't worry too much about the rest of the things going on outside.
