Our office is tucked away in Kartar Nagar, specifically at J 157 on Street Number 08. Being here in Delhi, it gets pretty crowded and hectic outside on the street. At Icici Securities Ltd, we spend our time managing the local side of things. It’s a small office, not one of those glass buildings you see downtown. We have desks and computers and a lot of files. People from around the neighborhood drop by when they have questions about their trading or some documents they need to sign. We try to keep a calm environment because the stock market can be stressful enough as it is. Street 08 is usually buzzing with activity, so we are easy to find if you are looking for J 157. Our team is just a few people who have been doing this for years. We aren't here to give big speeches. We just handle the tasks as they come in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea is cold, but we stay busy regardless. It’s a practical workspace. We deal with the daily ups and downs of the market and help people navigate their paperwork. Being part of the Delhi community here in Kartar Nagar means we see the same faces quite a bit. It’s a solid routine that we have going on. We keep the doors open and just get through the pile of work on our desks until it's time to close up.
