You’ll find Prem Arun Jain at E 16K 190 in New Seelampur, Delhi 110053. This is a very packed part of North East Delhi. The streets are narrow and full of life. Our space is quite modest, just a single room where everything happens. We have a heavy iron door that we roll up every morning. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a couple of old desks. We’ve been in Seelampur for a long time, so we know all the shopkeepers around us. It’s a community where people look out for each other. The air is often thick with the smell of food from the nearby stalls. It can get very dusty inside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks before we start. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that hums loudly. It’s a place for hard work, not for showing off. Most of our day is spent dealing with people from the neighborhood. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use much fancy software or anything like that. We keep a lot of records in big ledgers with blue covers. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to expand or become a big company. We just want to do our daily tasks and keep things running smoothly. If you visit, you might have to stand because we don't have many chairs. It's a simple shop.
