We are located in Harsh Vihar, specifically on Ramlal Mukherjee Lane. The company name is Emblematic Food and Beverage, but to the neighbors, we’re just the folks in the ground floor unit at LP-54/3/1. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Block-C, but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet. The space isn’t very large. We’ve got our equipment set up and enough room to move around if you’re careful. Most of the time, the floor is a little damp from cleaning, and there’s always a crate or two blocking the way. We deal with food and drinks, so there’s always something being moved or packaged. It’s hard work and your back usually hurts by the end of the shift. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just the door and the address. The people who work here live nearby mostly, so we walk or take a cycle to get in. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy making sure the actual work gets done. There’s a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills and the phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving along in this part of Delhi.
