Computer Executive & Hardware Engineer

I work as a Computer Executive & Hardware Engineer right here in New Delhi. My place is at 148-B, G.T.B. Enclave, specifically in Pocket-E of Dilshad Garden. If you know Delhi, you know Dilshad Garden is a busy residential hub. My office is tucked away in the enclave, which makes it a bit quieter than the main G.T. Road, but only just. I spend a lot of time opening up CPU cabinets and trying to figure out why they’re making that weird grinding noise. It’s usually a bad fan or a dusty heat sink. Being a hardware engineer in 110093 means I see everything from ancient PCs that should have been retired years ago to newer builds that someone spilled tea on. I also handle the executive side, which is just a fancy way of saying I do the paperwork and talk to customers. My hands usually have a bit of grease or dust on them by the end of the day. The space is small, filled with shelves of spare parts, power cables, and random screws that I might need someday. I’ve been in this pocket of Dilshad Garden for a long time. People around G.T.B. Enclave know they can just knock on the door when their screen goes black. It’s a practical job. No suits or ties here, just jeans and a toolkit, trying to keep the local computers healthy.
