Nextzen Computers

We set up Nextzen Computers here in Yamuna Vihar at C-3/17. It is basically a local neighborhood shop. You will find us surrounded by monitor boxes and old keyboards. We spend a lot of our time fixing laptops that people dropped or building PCs for kids in the area. It is a small space, so it gets crowded pretty fast when a few customers come in at once. There is usually a pile of hard drives on the desk and some tools scattered around. We are not some big chain store with matching uniforms. It is usually just me and one other guy handling the repairs. Sometimes it takes longer than we thought to find a spare part, especially for the older models. People in Yamuna Vihar know they can just drop by if their computer is acting up. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain what is broken and how much it will cost to fix. The shop is a bit messy, but that is because we are always in the middle of a project. We have been here for a few years now and have seen all kinds of computer problems. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the street, and other days everyone’s printer breaks at the same time. It is just a regular local business, and we like it that way.
