CLUB 4 CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

CLUB 4 CONSTRUCTIONS LLP operates out of a ground floor space in Kabir Nagar. The address is Prop No-10, Kh.No-133 right on the main 100ft road. It is easy to spot because the road is always busy with traffic and people moving around North East Delhi. We are near the house of Rajender Singh, in the A-4 section. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to climb any stairs with heavy files or equipment. The 100ft road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and autos passing by, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. It feels like the heart of the neighborhood. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have a couple of tables and some old chairs. We do our planning here and meet with people who live nearby. Kabir Nagar is a tight-knit place and everyone seems to know everyone else who lives around here. Sometimes we stand out front on the sidewalk just to get some fresh air and watch the world go by on the busy main road. The dust from the road comes in sometimes so we are always cleaning the desks. Delhi-110093 is a busy pin code to work in. We just focus on the projects we have going on and try to keep things moving. There is usually tea being made or someone dropping by for a chat about a building project. It’s just how we work.
