It is right in the North East part of Delhi, pin code 110094. It’s a real residential maze around here and you can easily get lost in the galis if you don't know your way. We are just a small construction outfit trying to get things built right. We don't have a flashy office with a sign you can see from a mile away. It’s just a house where we run the business from. Most of our work is local. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking on the small sites we have going. The name "Capable" was just something we liked because we try to be useful. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us. We deal with the dust and the heat every day just like everyone else in Karawal Nagar. Sometimes the deliveries don't show up because the truck can't fit down the lane, so we have to figure it out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and we know the local rhythms. Just a practical building company doing what needs doing. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons but we just keep at it.
