Bandhu Projects Private Limited is run out of a house in Bhajanpura, H No C-275-F to be exact. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big glass office in a high-rise; we work right from the heart of the community. This means we’re close to the people we build for. Most of our days are spent coordinating with laborers and checking on site progress across Delhi. Bhajanpura is a lively area, and being based here keeps us grounded. We deal with the everyday realities of construction—the dust, the noise, and the constant need for more cement or sand. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to deal with grumpy neighbors or tight deadlines that keep us up late. But we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the stress. We aren't big on marketing or social media; we mostly get our work through word of mouth. Someone sees a house we worked on and asks for our number. We like it that way. It’s a straightforward business of building things that last. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and receipts. We might not look like much when you walk in, but we know our way around a construction site. It’s a busy life, always moving from one task to the next, but it feels good to see a project finally come together in the end. It's just what we do every day.
