Start with how we got here in Sushila Garden. It’s a busy spot in Mandoli. We handle construction and infrastructure work. Usually, you’ll find us on the ground floor of A-52/B. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading to sites. We’ve been around the neighborhood for a bit now. People know us as B&D Infracon. Most of our days are spent dealing with laborers, materials, and maps. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just how this line of work is. We don't have a big team of sales people. It's mostly just us working through projects one by one. If you walk down Gali No-2, you’ll see our door. We deal with all sorts of building stuff. Sometimes things go slow because of rain or supplies, but we just keep moving along. Mandoli has changed a lot, and we’ve been part of some of those changes. We aren't here to give fancy speeches about the future. We just look at the plans, get the cement ready, and do the job that needs doing. It's a small team, really. We know the local guys and the shops nearby. Dealing with Khno-27/24/1 details and paperwork takes up a lot of time too. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening. We try to finish what we start and move on. That’s about it for us at the Mandoli office.
