We have been sitting here in Vishwas Nagar for a long time now. The office is right on 60 Feet Road, specifically in Street Number 10 near the Jain Mandir Gali. If you know Shahdara, you know how busy it gets around here. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and checking the computer for any new messages or flight updates. People walk in all the time asking about train timings or bus routes for their family trips. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down details on bits of paper. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out with a cup of tea. Our desk is usually covered in folders and old diaries where we keep track of everything. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices for them. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. My cousin helps out when things get too busy during the holiday season. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done. It's just a regular small office in a busy part of Delhi. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a last-minute travel problem to fix. It’s mostly about managing the schedules and making sure the names on the tickets are spelled right. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from this spot.
