Multi Star Tours & Travels

We are located in the Dsidc Industrial Area in Nangloi, specifically at 5 Catogary-2 near Durgi Puri Chowk. Being in an industrial area means we get a lot of workers and business owners coming in to ask about tickets or bus routes. Multi Star Tours & Travels is a small office with maps on the wall and stacks of brochures that have been there for a while. It’s not the most modern space, but it’s where we do all our bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different transport operators trying to get seats confirmed. The traffic around Durgi Puri Chowk is always a bit much, so we hear the honking all day long while we work. People walk in looking for the best way to get to their hometowns or to plan a quick trip during the holidays. We sit at our desks with the ledger open, writing down names and dates. It’s a lot of talking and explaining the schedules to people who are often in a hurry. Sometimes the computer system is slow, so we just have to wait and chat with the customers while it loads. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything, just us in our everyday clothes trying to help folks get where they need to go. It’s a simple business but it keeps us on our toes every day. The office can get a bit stuffy when it's crowded, but we just open the door and keep going.
