Our office is over in Khanpur, specifically at Plot 19 in A Block along Devli Road. It's not a huge place, just a simple room where we deal with travel stuff. Mostly, we spend our time looking at tickets and trying to figure out bus or train routes for people who walk in. Dealing with travel plans can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the changes, but we just stay at the desk and get it done. It’s mostly locals from the neighborhood who come to see us. We have some maps and a couple of old chairs for guests. It’s not fancy. The street outside gets pretty crowded during the day, so it's always a bit loud. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routes well enough. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. That’s just part of working here. We handle bookings and try to explain the schedules clearly so nobody gets lost. It’s a basic job, really. People need to get from one place to another, and we help with the paperwork. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. If you’re near Devli Road, you can just stop by. There’s no need for any formal stuff. We just sit here, drink some tea, and sort out the trips. It is a quiet way to spend the day.
