At Webindia Internet Serviceschennai Pvt Ltd, we’ve been at the Siddharta Enclave office in Ashram for a while now. It's up on the first floor right by Delhi G P O Sq-42. Most of us here just focus on keeping things running for the people who need internet help. It’s a busy spot near the square, so there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic and people walking by, but inside we just stick to our tasks. We handle a lot of the technical side of the web for people who aren't really into that stuff. Some days it is quiet, other days every phone is ringing at once because someone's connection isn't working right. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern sofas. Just some old desks, computers that we probably should clean more often, and a lot of cables running along the floor. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local tea stalls pretty well. If you come by to see us, you might have to look twice for the sign since it's an older building and the paint is peeling a bit. We just do the work and try to get home before the evening rush hour hits the square. It is not a huge operation, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with local folks around this part of Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow even for us, which is funny if you think about it. But we just get back to it when things are up again.
