Computer Solutions

We have been working out of Shalimar Bagh for a good while now. The shop is filled with old monitors, tangled wires, and various computer parts we keep for spares. Most days, we are hunched over a workbench with a screwdriver, trying to figure out why a laptop won't turn on or why a hard drive is making a weird clicking sound. It is dusty work because computers seem to trap every bit of dirt from the air. We don't have a shiny showroom. It is more of a workshop where things actually get fixed. People bring in their PCs when they are running slow or when they accidentally spilled something on the keyboard. We also help out with software stuff, like when a printer won't connect or some program keeps crashing. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. We talk to the customers in plain English, not that tech talk that nobody understands. If a part is too expensive to fix, we just tell them it might be better to buy a new one. We get a lot of students and office workers from the area coming in. It is just us here, surrounded by motherboards and cooling fans. We keep the shop open late because that is when most people realize their computer is broken. It is a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is.
