Travel Birds

Travel Birds is tucked away in 104, Aggarwal Plaza, over in Sector 14 Rohini. It is a standard office space in a building that gets a lot of foot traffic from people doing their daily shopping in the plaza. We handle all kinds of travel stuff, from international flight tickets to local hotel bookings. The office isn't very big, so when we have more than three customers inside, it starts to feel a bit tight. We have some posters of mountains and beaches on the walls to give people ideas, but mostly it is just us staring at computer screens all day. Rohini is a good place to be because we get a lot of families coming in who live nearby and want to plan a summer vacation. We don't really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just sit down with a notepad and try to find a price that works for what they want. Sometimes the printers jam right when we are trying to give someone their itinerary, which can be annoying, but that is just how it goes. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp, especially during the busy holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. It is a straightforward business and we have been at this plaza for enough time that most of the other shop owners know us by name. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized.
