We are based at S No-1484 in Kashmere Gate. Our place is near the Ritz Cinema, within the Old Court Compound. This part of Delhi is really old and it feels like it sometimes. There is a lot of history in these streets, but mostly there is just a lot of traffic and people. We are close to the main bus terminal, so it’s always busy with travelers coming and going. Our office is quite simple and tucked into the compound. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but once you’re here, it’s a decent spot. We have some old wooden furniture and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our time booking tickets and talking to people about bus routes or car rentals. It’s a very practical business. We don't have any fancy brochures with edited photos. We just use the computer to see what's available and tell the customers. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the movies at the Ritz are letting out, or when there is a lot of activity at the court. We’ve been here for a long time and we know most of the people around. It’s a local operation, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep doing our thing.
