You can find us at Shop No 12 in Palika Place, which is part of the Azad Hind Market area. We are quite close to the A.K. Ashram Metro Station, so it’s easy for people to drop by after work. We’ve been running R S Yadav & Travel from this same little shop for a long time. It’s a busy part of Delhi 110006. We handle bookings and travel arrangements for local families and workers. Usually, someone is always in the shop if you want to talk about a trip. We don't have a big website or a call center. It’s just us sitting here with our registers and phones. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name. If you need to get somewhere, we look up the options and tell you the price. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People just want to get where they are going without a headache. The market can get crowded, especially on weekends, but we keep the shop open. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the details right so people don't have trouble later. If you are near the metro, just walk over to Palika Place. We are usually around during the day to help out. It's a simple setup but it works for us and our customers. We don't see the need for anything more complicated than that.
