Team Leader

You can find us at 7826/7, Nai Basti, in the Bara Hindu Rao area of Delhi - 6. If you’ve ever been to Old Delhi, you know how it is. The streets are narrow, there are rickshaws everywhere, and it’s always loud. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it’s home for us. Being a Team Leader here basically means we spend our time managing a lot of small details and making sure the workers know what they’re doing. It’s a lot of shouting over the noise of the street sometimes. We don't have any polished corporate stuff going on. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of hustle. We deal with people from the neighborhood and from further out, and every day is a bit different. Some days are just spent sorting out problems with deliveries or talking to vendors. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't. We’re just a group of people working hard in a very busy part of the city, trying to make things work one day at a time. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through it.
