We don't have the big fancy cafeteria you see in the tech parks. We usually just get snacks from the stalls nearby or bring our own tiffins from home. The office itself is well-lit but definitely feels like a place where people put in long hours. We have a lot of filing cabinets and the desks are usually quite cluttered with notes and documents. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so we have to watch our step. It’s a very busy environment. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is always on the screens and the phones. Everyone knows their role, and we just get on with it. It’s a real-world office in a real-world neighborhood. There’s a sense of routine that everyone follows. We’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of this street in Delhi-52, just another building where people come to work and earn their living.
