If you head out to the Bawana Industrial Area, you will find us at the DSIDC complex in Sector-3. Our specific unit is NJ-196. It is a very industrial setting, lots of trucks and dust and people moving crates around. Sisto Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates right in the middle of all that activity. It is a practical location because everything we need is right here in the complex, even if it is a long commute for some of us. The building itself is sturdy and built for hard work. It is not a place for fancy suits or polished floors. We spend a lot of time on the floor or at our workstations. The air is always filled with the sounds of machinery from the neighboring units. We have a small team, and we have all been working together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done next. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get food for everyone else. We have had some long nights here when deadlines were tight, usually fueled by too much caffeine. It is a no-nonsense kind of environment. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the aesthetics of the office. It works for us.
