Shilpkaar

Being in Delhi, we are part of the constant noise and movement of the city. Shilpkaar is just us working away on our projects. We don't have a specific sector mentioned in our address, just the city itself, which feels right because we move around a lot. Our workspace is filled with materials and drawings. It is a bit messy, to be honest. There are wood shavings in some corners and stone dust in others. We make things. It is about the craft more than anything else. We don't have a big corporate office with a glass front. Our hands are usually dirty by the end of the day. We take on work that comes our way and try to do a solid job. Sometimes we work late into the night when a deadline is close, and the city finally gets a little quiet. We talk to vendors, look for good materials, and try to keep the costs down for everyone. It is not about being the most famous name in Delhi. It is just about being a group of people who know how to build and create things that last. We don't have a fancy website with a lot of promises. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple life of making things with our hands and trying to stay busy all year round. We just keep our heads down and let the projects speak for themselves.
