Our factory and office are located at E-53, Sector-4 in the Dsiidc Industrial Area of Bawana. Being out in Bawana means we have a bit more space to breathe than in the city center, but it’s still a very busy industrial zone. We spend our time making various types of houseware items that people use in their kitchens or around their homes. The machines in the back make a lot of noise throughout the shift but that’s the sound of work being done. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while and they know the routine. The building is a standard industrial block and we’ve tried to organize it so that raw materials come in one side and finished products go out the other. It doesn’t always work out that perfectly especially when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly. We deal with the usual problems like power fluctuations or the heat in the summer but we have backups in place mostly. We aren’t trying to be a fancy designer brand. We just make practical things that work for normal households. Most of our day is spent looking at production schedules and making sure the quality is what it should be before things get packed into boxes. It’s a lot of repetitive work but we take pride in seeing the finished goods stacked up ready for the market.
