We are located in the J.J. Colony area of Wazir Pur, specifically at K-177. It’s right in Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. The area is very crowded and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We run a small tech-related operation from here. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks with a lot of wires and parts scattered around. We started in this room because it was what we could afford at the time, and we just stayed because it works. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops, so it feels like a real community. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we have a couple of ceiling fans going all day long. They’re a bit noisy and they wobble, but you get used to it. We don't have any fancy titles here. Everyone just does what needs to be done. Whether it’s fixing a broken computer or answering the phone, we all pitch in to help. The floor is just plain concrete and the walls are a bit dull. It’s a working space, not a showroom for customers. We get a lot of walk-ins from the colony asking for help with their phones or gadgets. We don't mind. It keeps the day interesting for us. Sometimes we share a big meal together in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map to find the best tea stall nearby. It’s a simple life, and we like the work we do. Nothing more to it than that.
