Saxena Pradeep

We actually work out of two spots in Delhi. One is B-1780 in Jahangir Puri and the other is B2/146 in Yamuna Vihar. It means some of us are in one place and some are in the other, or we move back and forth depending on what needs to happen. Saxena Pradeep is the name we operate under. Neither place is very big or fancy. They are just standard buildings in busy parts of the city. We have a lot of stuff to move around sometimes, and it can be a bit of a headache with the traffic between Jahangir Puri and Yamuna Vihar. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict rules about how we talk. We just focus on the work. Some days are long and we feel tired, but we keep going because that is what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything to make us look polished. Our desks are usually covered in papers and we always have a kettle going for tea. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing things. We don't use any mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to finish the tasks we have for the day and make sure everything is handled right. It is a bit messy and imperfect, but it is real life and we like working this way.
