Our place is Shop Number 46 on the second floor of the Kingsway Camp mall on Mall Road. It is not a huge shopping mall like the ones in Noida, but it is a busy spot in North West Delhi. Being near the university area means there are always a lot of students and young people walking around. Our shop is where we handle various technology projects and hardware stuff. It is a bit of a small space, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. We have shelves lining the walls and a few workstations where we sit. It can get a bit loud because of the people in the hallway, but we have gotten used to it over time. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us who know our way around a computer. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or polished websites. Instead, we just focus on the people who come through the door or call us up. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow days, but that is just how it is running a business here. We like the location because it is easy to get to by metro. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There is no magic to it, just a lot of typing and testing until things work right. It is a simple shop.
