We are located right behind the Bata showroom in Shakti Nagar, tucked away in house number 11436. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, but we stay pretty busy most days. Most people find us by just looking for the big Bata sign and then heading around the back. The space here isn't very large, so we’ve had to get creative with how we stack our supplies and keep things organized. It gets a little crowded when a new shipment comes in, but we make it work. We’ve been here in this part of Delhi for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with tea and a look at the list of what needs to get done before evening. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other days we’re running a bit behind because of power cuts or just having too much on our plate. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate, just a group of people working hard to get things out the door. If you walk past the showroom and see us working, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking chai or checking over some papers. It’s just how we do things here. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you, just the sound of work being done and maybe some music playing in the background while we work.
