Sadaquat Naseem

Sadaquat Naseem is found at T-19 in the Sheesh Mahal section of Turkman Gate in New Delhi. This part of the city is 110006 and it is very old with a lot of history behind every wall. The lanes are very narrow here so you cannot really bring a car right to the door. Most people just walk or use a rickshaw to get to us. Our building is old and has a lot of character even if the plaster is peeling in a few spots. We have been operating from this small space for a very long time now. It is always loud outside with children playing and vendors calling out what they are selling. Inside it is a bit cramped because we have a lot of things stacked up. We do not have a fancy reception area or air conditioning in every room. We just use fans and keep the windows open when the weather allows it. It is a very honest kind of place where you can see exactly what we are doing as soon as you walk in. The tea guy comes by every hour and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We do not try to act like a big company because we are just local people working in the heart of the old city. It is busy and dusty but it is home to us and we like the people around here.
