Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar here. I operate out of E-164 in the M.C.D. Flats over in Azadpur Colony. If you’ve been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a very active place. The 110033 area is always moving. My setup is right in the middle of it all. It’s not a big corporate space, just a regular flat where I’ve set up my work equipment. I’ve lived in Delhi long enough to know that you don’t need a fancy storefront to get things done. Most of my day is spent right here, dealing with the daily grind. The neighbors are good people and it feels like a real community. Sometimes the noise from the market nearby is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few weeks. I don't use any complicated systems. I just keep track of what needs to be done and I do it. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though I have friends who help out when I'm swamped. It’s practical and it works for me. I don’t see the point in pretending to be some huge company. People who come by see exactly what they get. A desk, a computer, and me working. It is a straightforward life in the Azadpur Colony. We stay busy and we stay local. That is about all there is to it really. No fuss, no drama, just getting the work finished before the day ends so I can relax a bit.
