We operate Resolutetek Services (Opc) Privatelimited from A Ward, specifically Plot No. 15/16 in Ghatage Coly. It’s right across from the ITI, which makes it easy to explain to people who haven't visited Jaldarshan Coly before. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just where the work happens. We’ve got our setup at 733/1 and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being an OPC means it’s a tight-knit operation. There isn't a lot of middle management or layers to go through. You just talk to us directly. The neighborhood is okay, mostly quiet except for when the students from the ITI are out and about. We spend most of our hours here dealing with service requests and keeping things organized. It’s not glamorous at all. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project gets complicated or the internet starts acting slow. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. Resolutetek Services is just a local business doing what we know how to do. If the door is open, someone is probably there working. We like the spot because it’s tucked away but still accessible enough. No flashy signs, just the address on the gate. We prefer to just put our heads down and get through the daily list of tasks.
