Rdm Pvt Ltd is based out of Pitampura. We are in the UU Block, at house number 88 B. If you’ve ever walked through Pitampura, you know it’s a maze of blocks and houses, but we’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors well. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We use this space to run our business operations day in and day out. It’s not a huge industrial complex or anything, just a solid place where we can focus on our work. The team here is small, which is how we like it because everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what’s needed that week. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork, and other times we’re busy coordinating things over the phone. We don’t have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have our desks and our equipment. It gets the job done. The neighborhood is fairly lively, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we do it ourselves. We don’t rely on big systems or complicated hierarchies. It’s just us, working in Pitampura, trying to keep the business moving forward. We've had our ups and downs like any other small company, but we stay at it. It’s a decent way to make a living and we appreciate the people we work with every day.
