Rdm India Pvt. Limited is situated on the first floor of House No. 86 /C in Dhakka Village. If you know Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi, you know it’s basically the heart of the coaching and student world. We are right there in the middle of all that. It’s a small office, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. We climb the stairs every morning and get to work in a room that’s usually filled with the sound of the street below. There are always students walking by with books, and the smell of street food is everywhere. Our work is pretty straightforward office stuff. We handle local business needs and try to keep our records straight. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer when it jams. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of managers telling us what to do. We just know what needs to be done by the end of the day. Mukherjee Nagar can be a bit overwhelming with the crowds, but we like being here. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just keeping our small business running and helping out the folks who come to our door. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the filing, but that is just part of being a small team.
