Being out here in Faridabad N I T, specifically over in Sgm Nagar at house 2982, means you get used to the dust and the heat pretty fast. At Ramat Enterprises, we spend a lot of our time just organizing the stock and making sure the orders for the local workshops are ready to go. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can keep things dry and safe. We’ve been operating from this part of Sgm Nagar for a good while, and most of the people around here know us by name. It’s the kind of place where things move at their own pace. Some mornings are hectic with three trucks trying to squeeze into the narrow lane at once, and other afternoons are so quiet you can hear the fans whirring in the back. We handle a lot of different items, and sometimes it’s a bit of a puzzle trying to fit everything on the shelves, but we manage. My hands are usually a bit dirty from moving boxes around, and the desk is always covered in scraps of paper with notes on them. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time, but it’s our space. We just focus on getting the right items to the right people without making a big deal out of it. It’s just work, and we do it every day because that is what keeps the neighborhood running.
