Holambi Khurd is a bit further out, so it’s not as crowded as central Delhi. We like that it’s a bit quieter here. Our building is simple and doesn't have any big signs or bright lights. Inside, it’s just a regular office where we handle software development. We have a small team, and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. There’s no fancy hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free does it. We deal with a lot of technical problems every day, and we just take them as they come. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have a big marketing team to write polished stories about us. We are just local people working in tech. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just part of being in this area. We don't make big claims about being the leaders in anything. We just provide software services to people who need them. It’s honest work, and we try to do it as best as we can without making things complicated. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the list of tasks we have for the day. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do and it works for us.
