We are located at 5 60 Amba Bagh in Kishan Ganj, which is near Padam Nagar and Sarai Rohilla in Delhi. It is a very crowded and busy area, which means there is always a lot of noise and dust from the street. Our firm is small, just a proprietor and a few helpers working out of a modest office space. We mostly deal with property matters and help people sort out their local paperwork. There is a lot of sitting around desks and going through forms that can be quite confusing for most people. We’ve been in this neighborhood for several years and we have a good relationship with the other local shopkeepers. It’s definitely not a corporate environment here. We take our tea breaks together and chat about what’s happening in the area. When someone needs a hand with a lease or is looking for a small shop to rent, they usually just walk in and ask us. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy signs. We just rely on people knowing we are here and that we know the local market. Delhi real estate is always a bit of a maze, so we just try to give people straight answers. It’s a bit chaotic at times because of the location, but we are used to it and just keep doing our daily work without making any fuss about it.
