We are located in Sector 5 of Rohini, specifically at Pocket C 11, Flat No 6. It’s on the first floor, which is quite convenient. Since this is a residential area, the atmosphere around the office is a bit quieter than the main city centers of New Delhi. It really is just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space for Alp Hr Services. You’ll see the living room area has become the main office and the smaller rooms are where we keep the records and the computer servers. It feels a bit like home because of the layout. We have a small balcony where someone usually goes to take a break or have a smoke. The metro isn't too far away, so that's how most people get here. We spend our hours going through emails and checking on job placements. There’s always a stack of folders on the main table that needs sorting. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and we can hear them through the door. It’s not the kind of place with a big glass front or a security guard. You just ring the bell and we let you in. We’ve been in Rohini for a bit now and it suits the way we work. It’s honest work, mostly just connecting people with companies that have openings. We don't make a big fuss about it, we just show up and get through the list of daily tasks.
