Our office is up on the second floor at D 15 in Rohini Sector 3. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to figure out travel routes for people. Most folks come to us when they need help with tickets or figuring out where to stay. Travel can be a headache with all the changes and paperwork, so we just sit here and try to sort it out. We’ve been in Rohini for a while and most of the locals know the building. You have to walk up the stairs since it's on the second floor. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time, like during the school breaks. We handle a lot of different requests, some simple and some a bit more complicated. We aren't a big fancy agency with glossy brochures everywhere. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of lists. We try to be honest about what’s available and what isn’t. If a flight is full, it’s full. We just look for the next best thing. It’s mostly about keeping track of the details so people don’t get stuck somewhere. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the busy hours. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We also deal with things like passport renewals or visa forms, which can be a real pain if you don't know the latest rules.
