We’ve been at Pocket-O in the Bawana Industrial Complex for a while now. It is situated in Sector-1, and if you know the DSIIDC area, you know it is mostly about getting work done. Our setup at Pharmaco is not some fancy glass office. It is a practical space where we handle our pharmaceutical business. We spend most of our time dealing with production schedules and making sure the machinery is running like it should. Sometimes the traffic near the main gates is a real headache, especially in the mornings. We started this place because we saw a need for local manufacturing. It’s mostly just hard work and long hours for the team here. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just focus on the current batches and the paperwork that comes with it. The neighbors are all factories too, so it gets pretty loud during the day with all the trucks moving in and out. We try to keep things organized, but it is a busy, dusty place most of the time. If you ever stop by, you will see we are just regular folks in work clothes. No suits or fancy ties to be found here. We handle the production side because that is what we are good at. We just want to get the orders right and on time. That is the main goal we have every day.
