Pearl Technocrats

Pearl Technocrats is located at Plot No. 207 on Street No. 7 in Samaypur. It’s an industrial spot, so the whole street is full of workshops and small factories making different things. We focus on technical parts and machining work. Our workshop isn't particularly clean because there is always some oil or metal shavings on the floor from the lathes and drills. That is just the nature of the work we do. We spend our days looking at drawings and trying to get the dimensions of the parts exactly where they need to be. Sometimes a machine breaks down or the power goes out, and that sets us back, but we just work longer hours to catch up. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It's just a group of us who know how to work with machines. The area can get quite muddy when it rains, making it hard for the delivery trucks to reach our gate, but we manage. We take on orders from other businesses that need specific components for their own products. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. We just take the order, do the machining, and hand it over when it's done. It’s a straightforward life and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It is not a place for someone who doesn't like getting messy.
