Our business is run out of Gali No. 8 in Swaroop Nagar, specifically at Plot No. S 105 on Kh. No. 16/4. This is a very local part of Delhi where everybody seems to know everyone else. The street is quite narrow, so things can get a bit tight when there are bikes and people moving around all at once. Our workspace is simple and practical. We use it to store our items and manage our daily tasks. There are no fancy offices or meeting rooms here. It is just a place where we keep our records and handle our stock. Most of the day, we are just busy checking orders or talking to people who stop by the shop. We have been in Swaroop Nagar for a long time and we’ve seen the streets get busier every year. We don't spend any time on promotional talk or trying to sound like a big company. We are just a small enterprise doing our bit every day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a while, or the dust from the construction nearby gets everywhere. That is just part of living and working in this area. We focus on the practical side of things and try to keep everything moving along. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to do. We just take things one day at a time here.
