Novotron

Novotron is tucked away in the middle of Bhagirath Palace in Delhi. If you’ve ever been there, you know how crowded and chaotic the lanes can be. We are at Shop No 1725, right in Ram Gali. It’s a small shop, packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. Most days it’s a struggle just to move around the boxes, but that’s just how things are in this market. We spend our time dealing with customers who come in looking for specific parts or just checking prices. The noise from the street is constant, with people shouting and rickshaws squeezing past. It’s not the kind of place where you sit down for a long chat; we usually just get right to the business. We’ve been in this spot for years, and even though it’s cramped, we know exactly where everything is. The electricity sometimes acts up because of the old wiring in the building, but we manage. It’s a very practical way of working. There’s no fancy air conditioning or carpets here, just hard floors and shelves full of stock. You have to walk through the narrow alleys to find us, but once you’re in Ram Gali, we aren’t too hard to spot. It’s a busy life here in the heart of the city, and we just keep pushing through the daily rush to get the orders filled and keep things moving.
