If you head down Gali Number 11 in Samta Vihar Part-2, you’ll eventually run into us. Mukandpur is a tight-knit neighborhood, and being here at Newlinks Computer Systems feels like being part of the community. Our shop isn't very large, and it’s often filled with towers, monitors, and boxes of spare parts waiting to be used. We spend our days fixing broken screens, cleaning out dusty fans, and trying to recover data from hard drives that have seen better days. It’s messy work sometimes, with screws rolling around on the workbench, but we enjoy it. People from the nearby houses often drop by just to ask a quick question about their home PC or to buy a new mouse. We don't have a sales team or any of that. It’s just us behind the counter. The street outside is always lively, with kids playing and vendors passing by. We’ve been in this spot for years, and our regulars know they can just walk in and we’ll take a look at whatever is bothering their computer. It isn't always a quick fix, especially when parts are hard to find, but we do what we can. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a simple life, focused on tech and helping the local folks get back online without spending a fortune. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the door open.
